Overview

Job Title : Planner / Assistant Planner (Customer Orders & Delivery)

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt until delivery, ensuring smooth coordination and timely shipment.
• JITM Program Orders :
• Download part numbers / platform orders from customer portal on a weekly basis.
• Prepare and update pipeline plan according to customer market lead time.
• Share pipeline with Production Planner & Production Manager for scheduling and follow up daily progress.
• Update customer (buyer) immediately if any issue may cause delivery delay.
• Update orders directly in ERP / eSOFT system.
• Work with Production Planner & Production Manager to ensure parts are produced and delivered on time.
• QA / QC & Delivery :
• Follow up with QA / QC to ensure parts are inspected and released before shipment.
• Escalate and update customer if any QA hold, defect, or problem impacts delivery.
• First Article (FA) Parts :
• Track FA order status with Engineering & QA / QC.
• Provide buyers with status updates (submission, approval, feedback).
• Act as the main communication link between customer and internal teams (Production, Engineering, QA / QC, Store).
