Responsibilities

Main）Livestream Hosting :

Main）Customer Service & Support :

Respond promptly to customer inquiries during and after livestreams.Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Sub）Content Creation :

Create high-quality promotional videos, photos, and engaging captions for social media and e-commerce platforms.Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.

Sub）Administrative & Ad Hoc Support :

Assist in managing marketing schedules, team coordination, and other administrative tasks as needed.Participate in offline events and represent the brand at promotional activities.Execute adhoc tasks when required by the company
