Requirements
- Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma in any related field
- Basic understanding of SQL and database structures is a plus but willing to learn is the key.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Due to the nature of our business and customer base, Mandarin is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Availability for daily shifts and rotating weekend support under agreed terms.
- Prior experience in a technical support role is an advantage but not required.
Responsibilities
Provide timely and effective support to customers via email, chat, and phone.Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them or escalate to higher tiers when necessary.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.Execute and troubleshoot SQL queries to assist with customer reports and data analysis.Collaborate with the development and database teams to resolve basic technical issues.Ensure data accuracy and integrity when handling customer data.Assist in configuring and maintaining user accounts setting or system settings based on customer request.Provide guidance to customers on system setup and customization.Document and maintain records of configuration changes and solutions.Benefits
