General Manager at OUS Group of Companies
Are you a curious, analytical thinker who loves improving processes and making systems work smarter? OUS Group is looking for a proactive and resourceful IT Business Analyst to support our digital transformation across mining operations, supply chain, and back‑office functions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating business needs into effective technical solutions, understands end‑to‑end operational workflows, and has hands‑on experience implementing ERP systems —especially those used in industrial and mining‑related environments.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with business users, department heads, project teams, and IT to understand operational goals, challenges, and system gaps.
- Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into clear, structured documentation and technical specifications.
- Support the implementation, enhancement, and integration of ERP systems across areas such as procurement, inventory, production, logistics, and finance.
- Analyse current workflows and recommend process improvements aligned with mining operations and internal controls.
- Conduct feasibility studies, system impact assessments, and cost‑benefit evaluations for proposed solutions.
- Coordinate system configuration, testing, UAT, issue tracking, and quality assurance to ensure readiness for deployment.
- Monitor project progress, highlight risks, and propose mitigation strategies to stakeholders and management.
- Prepare documentation, SOPs, training materials, and presentations for system users and leadership teams.
- Act as the liaison between Malaysia operations teams and China ERP vendors to ensure alignment on requirements, data standards, and solutions.
Qualifications
Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.5‑8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in ERP implementation or business systems support.Hands‑on experience with China‑developed ERP systems relevant to industrial operations, such as Dingjie (Digiwin), Dingxin, or DiDi ERP.Familiarity with global ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is an added advantage.Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and process‑mapping skills.Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders.Mandarin proficiency is required to liaise with China vendors and project teams.Experience in mining, manufacturing, logistics, or other heavy‑industry sectors is a strong advantage.Ability to work independently in an evolving environment.Be part of a forward‑thinking organization that values innovation and operational excellence.Work on impactful projects that shape business strategy and digital transformation.Collaborate with passionate professionals in a supportive, fast‑paced environment.SENIORITY LEVEL : Mid‑Senior level
