Job Description

We are seeking passionate and qualified Malaysian English Instructors to join our dynamic teaching team. This role is ideal for educators who have strong English proficiency, a love for teaching, and experience working with learners from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to foreign students of various age groups and proficiency levels.
  • Plan, prepare, and implement lesson plans according to the academy's curriculum and students' learning needs.
  • Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and prepare regular reports.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and learning.
  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and cultural backgrounds.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.

Requirements

  • Malaysian citizens (local teachers preferred).
  • Clear, near-native English accent.
  • Preferably lived, studied, or worked in a native English-speaking country (e.g., UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc.).
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (preferably in English, Education, Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field).
  • Professional English teaching qualification (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
  • Experience teaching English to international / foreign students is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
