Job Description Responsibilities :

Provide daily support for office IT infrastructure (network devices, firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, VPN, servers, endpoints).

Perform routine monitoring and troubleshooting (hardware, OS, applications, connectivity).

Support implementation of IT security solutions.

Assist with multi-office IT projects (remote coordination with Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia & India).

Handle IT support cases (onsite & remote) for end-users.

Document IT processes, incidents, and asset records.

Take ownership of any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the company.

Requirements :

Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

2–3 years of hands-on IT support or system administration experience.

Basic knowledge of :

Networking (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall basics).

Windows desktop troubleshooting, basic server knowledge.

Familiarity with remote support tools, endpoint security, and IT monitoring systems.

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

Good communication & writing skills in English (plus local language for respective country).

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Able to communicate in Japanese will be an added advantage although not compulsory as opportunity to learn will be provided upon confirmation.

The candidate must possess own transport and be willing to travel as and when required by the task and business nature.
