Job descriptionMinimum diploma / degree holder. Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in any related industry. Strong leadership qualities, result oriented, self-driven and with strong sense of urgency Excellent in promoting teamwork and synergize the team towards achieving sales target Must have own transport. Must be willing to travel around Penang, Prai and Kulim
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- To lead and drive a sales team of 5 to 7 members to achieve targets and company goals.
- Provide motivation, guidance, and leadership to the sales team
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, ensuring the sales team meets targets.
- To sell and promote company financing products.
- Attend to Sales Advisor and walk in customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with customers to ensure customer satisfaction in internal and external.
- To perfect loan submissions and documentation for approvals.
- To participate in roadshows during weekends and conduct site visits.
