QA Engineer

Job Responsibilities :

• Design, plan, and implement quality assurance activities for metal stamping, tooling, injection molding, and assembly lines—from raw material inspection to final product evaluation.
• Develop, maintain, and execute inspection plans, test protocols, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct functional, dimensional, mechanical, visual, and performance testing to identify defects and nonconformities.
• Analyze and document failures; initiate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to address root causes.
• Compile clear and accurate inspection reports, quality metrics, and escalate issues with supporting data.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and process teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement process improvements.
• Assist in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO, RBA, ESG, and other quality and sustainability standards.
• Mentor junior QA staff and promote quality awareness across departments.
