Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing products or services, and generating sales or appointments. Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers

Answer customer inquiries and provide detailed information as needed.

Follow up on leads and maintain a high level of customer engagement.

Achieve weekly / monthly sales targets or lead conversion goals.

Update and maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.

Handle objections and rejections with professionalism.

Requirements

Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales / customer service role.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle rejections and remain positive under pressure.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
