ASSISTANT, ADMINISTRATION CUM RECEPTIONIST
Description
This role will be responsible to attend to calls and guests, handling general enquiries and other general clerical duties.
Tasks & Responsibilities
1. To receive incoming calls and screen or direct to respective persons.
2. To make outgoing calls as and when requested, both local and outstation.
3. To attend to customers / clients’ enquiries and take down notes of enquiries in the absence of person in-charged.
4. To screen and announce their presence to respective personnel before directing them into office.
5. To provide a friendly, customer-oriented service and project professional image of good receptionist and telephonist when dealing with third parties.
6. To perform administration functions such as office equipment maintenance, stationery requisition and distribution, updating of records, filing of documents, photostating and other general administration functions.
7. To attending to mailing and courier services :
8. To coordinate receiving of incoming mails, dispatches and couriers and distributing to respective personnel.
9. To assist in typing and ensure cleanliness and tidiness of office.
10. To assist in the implementation of Integrated Management System (IMS) and integrated management of financial processes that affect the operations of other departments.
11. To assist other department on general administration functions as and when necessary.

SPM / STPM
Experience
