Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Accounting / Finance, and / or professional qualifications like LCCI or ACCA ot its equivalent.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting, finance and related duties.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL Accounting.
A team player, with strong organizational & written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Fluent in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing :

Analyse financial data and prepare reports in costing, budgeting and forecasting process.

Monitor accounts payable and receivable in preparing financial statements and supporting year-end closing activities.

Ensure compliance with financial and government regulations, liaise with external parties e.g. auditors, board of directors, government regulatory bodies, cosec, tax agents, bankers and lawyers.

Set up SOPs for account opening, debt recovery and other standard office protocols.

Manage relations with external service provider for IT, repairs, utilities etc and ensure smooth operations and prompt response to issues.

Handle office correspondence, maintain company records (both digital and hard copy), and assist with ad-hoc tasks.
