We’re currently looking for a high-caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Fund Accounting Supervisor – Valuations - Hybrid (Internal Job Title : Fund Accounting Intermediate Analyst - C11 ) based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this role, you’re expected to :

Monitor work activities to ensure timeliness and accuracy of fund activities, including calculation of NAV and distribution factors.

Process daily work promptly and accurately, and act as an escalation point for questions and research.

Review associate work and approve complex transactions or sensitive clients.

Assist in developing training materials, train employees, and serve as an escalation point for questions.

Ensure procedures and controls are followed, maintaining data processing integrity.

Support and oversee fraud quality control, both monetary and non-monetary.

Assist the manager in procedural improvements, BAU administration, and act as backup for the manager.

Assess risks appropriately when making business decisions, demonstrating ethical judgment, compliance, and transparency in control issues.

Preferred skills and experience :

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Chartered Accountant / CFA / MBA

Experience in accounting, finance, or related fields

Experience in fund administration, change management, or project management

Subject Matter Expert (SME) in related areas

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
