What You’ll Be Doing
Corporate Industrial Relations
- Champion and execute annual corporate IR projects and initiatives in line with organizational goals.
- Review, enhance, and implement IR policies to ensure compliance with the latest labour laws and regulatory developments.
Industrial Relations Services
Lead end‑to‑end IR case management : investigations, advisory support, disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and case closure.Partner with supervisors and HRBPs to facilitate performance management cases involving IR elements.Represent and manage employment‑related conciliations and disputes at government departments, Labour / Industrial Court, or Civil Court, working closely with HRBPs and external legal counsel.Plan and deliver IR awareness, training, and communication programmes across multiple sites.Analyse trends, conduct root cause assessments, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in IR practices.What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Law.Solid understanding of the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and other applicable labour laws.Experience in investigations, disciplinary case handling, and preparing IR‑related documentation (reports, proposals, presentations).Exposure to dealing with government agencies, conciliations, or court proceedings is a strong advantage.Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder‑management skills.Able to work independently, handle sensitive matters with discretion, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.Why Join Us?
