Job descriptionMinimum Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, in Business Administration, or its equivalent qualification. Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply. Good team player, Self-motivated, reliable, minimum supervision, good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in English, Malay & Mandarin and Computer literate. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Construction Industry is highly preferred. Immediate available is highly preferred.
RESPONSIBILITY :
- Providing and assist on contract administration support.
- To coordinate between site and office.
- To monitor on machines, excavators, cranes, movement
- Tracking on all counter weights, steel plate and tool movement
- To assist on ISO (Document control).
- Assist in handling quotations, negotiation, and pricing
- Assist with all pre-contract documentation
- To assist and perform any other related task assigned by the Management and Purchasing & Contract Manager
