Warehouse Assistant

Warehouse assistants receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against documentation and reporting any discrepancies.

• Storing and Organizing :

They organize and store goods in designated locations within the warehouse, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval.

• Order Fulfillment :

They pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Inventory Management :

They maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems, conducting inventory checks and reporting discrepancies.

• Warehouse Maintenance :

They contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety regulations.

• Other Duties :

They may also be required to assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, such as loading / unloading trucks, operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack), and assisting with returns and inter-store transfers.
