We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Admin Marketing to join our team in Selayang. If you're organized, eager to learn, and enjoy both administrative and marketing support tasks, this role could be a great fit for you
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support for daily operations.
- Assist in handling customer service (online & offline).
- Record bills, payments, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports.
- Support operational tasks, including inventory management.
- Learn and assist in managing online platforms (e.g., Shopee).
Requirements :
1–2 years of experience in administration or a related field.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee) is an advantage.Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.Organized, responsible, and able to multitask effectively.
