Senior Account Executive

Main Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) functions including invoicing, collection tracking, and reconciliation of student fee payments.
• Prepare monthly aging reports , follow up on outstanding balances, and support parent communications on billing matters.
• Maintain accurate general ledger entries , ensuring timely posting and reconciliation of accounts.
• Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities , including journal entries and financial reporting.
• Oversee Uniform Shop operations , including sales transactions, stock management, and supplier coordination.
• Prepare and review monthly Uniform Shop profit and loss statements and ensure accurate cash handling and deposit records.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with school financial policies.
• Collaborate with the Finance team and other departments to ensure smooth financial and operational processes.
