Job Overview :
As a key member of the leadership team, this position oversees global HR strategy and operations across multiple regions. This role is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with the company's international business goals, fostering a unified culture, ensuring compliance with diverse labor regulations, and Scaling Up the Organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute global HR strategies that support business growth and organizational effectiveness
- Lead international talent acquisition, mobility, and succession planning
- Help with the team expansion, including recruitment process, training, etc.
- Oversee regional HR teams and ensure consistency in policies and practices across countries
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across all markets
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and employment standards
- Design competitive compensation and benefits programs tailored to regional needs
- Champion employee engagement, leadership development, and performance management globally
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on workforce planning and organizational design
- Monitor global HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decisions
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, International Business, or related field ( Master degree preferred)years of progressive HR experience, including global or regional leadership rolesDeep understanding of international labor laws and cross-cultural HR practicesProven ability to lead and influence across geographies and functionsStrong strategic thinking, communication, and change management skillsExperience in managing HR operations in APAC, EMEA, and / or Americas is a plusFluent in English; multilingual capabilities preferred
