Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Knowledge in processes : AR / AP, GL, FA, CM; audit experience is an added advantage. Broad knowledge of IFRS standards. Senior Analyst – Reporting & Analysis (FAC)
6‑month contract. RM 4,100 – RM 5,500. Mon – Fri, 9 : 30 am – 6 : 30 pm.
Purpose
Deliver accurate and timely reporting for Shell China legal entity, supporting close and audit.
Responsibilities
- Monthly & quarterly reporting and financial analysis, providing insights and supporting business decisions.
- Act as first point of escalation for Shell China financial reporting, resolving issues promptly.
- Support local statutory reporting activities (including Shell China consolidation) and ensure timely close with external auditor.
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders, building end‑to‑end financial understanding.
- Maintain and operate a control framework ensuring robust financial control.
- Lead business and reporting change projects, building project / change management skills.
