We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Corporate Account Manager to lead our client's sales efforts across the Malaysian market, focusing on CCaaS, UCaaS, and Oracle networking solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling Talkdesk CCaaS, Oracle SBC, and related communication technologies, with proven success in managing channel partners and driving growth.

  • Lead sales initiatives for Talkdesk CCaaS, UCaaS, and Oracle SBC solutions in Malaysia.
  • Develop and manage a robust channel partner network, including recruitment, enablement, and performance management.
  • Drive business growth through strategic sales planning, forecasting, and execution.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities within enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, partners, and technology stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and solution teams to deliver end-to-end customer solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience in CCaaS, UCaaS, and Oracle networking solutions , especially in the Malaysian market. Hands-on experience with Talkdesk and Oracle Session Border Controllers (SBCs) is essential.
  • Strong network and experience working with channel partners and system integrators in Malaysia.
  • Deep understanding of cloud communication technologies and enterprise networking needs.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with regional or global technology vendors.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Ability to operate independently and as part of a regional sales team.
