Executive - HR Analytics / Reporting / HRIS (HR Shared Services)
As part of our business needs, we are looking for a Reporting Specialist to join our team. You will play a critical role in managing, continuously enhancing, and delivering accurate, insightful reports that support business operations and strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with data owners, business leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure data is properly cleansed, validated, and structured for effective analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and enhance reports using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other relevant tools, ensuring they are accurate, user-friendly, and meet business requirements.
- Validate incoming data for completeness and accuracy, highlight discrepancies, and perform data cleaning, deduplication, and formatting to ensure datasets are ready for reporting.
- Maintain proper documentation of reporting processes and data rules.
Qualifications
A candidate with 1 - 2 years of working experience in the analysis / reporting field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.A Degree in Analytics / Mathematics / Computer Science or any related field.Good analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Excel.Attention to detail and good interpersonal and communication skills.Available to work in Bandar Sunway.Why join
