Executive - HR Analytics / Reporting / HRIS (HR Shared Services)

As part of our business needs, we are looking for a Reporting Specialist to join our team. You will play a critical role in managing, continuously enhancing, and delivering accurate, insightful reports that support business operations and strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with data owners, business leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure data is properly cleansed, validated, and structured for effective analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance reports using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other relevant tools, ensuring they are accurate, user-friendly, and meet business requirements.
• Validate incoming data for completeness and accuracy, highlight discrepancies, and perform data cleaning, deduplication, and formatting to ensure datasets are ready for reporting.
• Maintain proper documentation of reporting processes and data rules.
