Nearby Monorail Imbi Station - Customer Service Executive

  • Able to start on May 2025
  • Min. STPM / Diploma holders (fresh graduates) are also encouraged to apply
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (read, written, and spoken)
  • Computer literate with basic knowledge of MS Office applications,
  • Maintain excellent telephone etiquette by being professional, confident, and patient.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries over the phone (General Inquiries e.g. Prepaid, postpaid, Billing, etc.)
  • Identify the root cause of customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.

Working Days

  • 5 working days, 2 rest days (can be on weekend or weekdays)
  • Working Shift

  • Morning
  • 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm
  • 9 : 00am-6 : 00pm
  • Evening
  • 1 : 00pm-10 : 00pm
  • 3 : 00pm-12 : 00am
  • Remuneration Package

  • Basic salary : RM2,150.00 (Fixed)
  • KPI allowance : Maximum RM (performance based)
  • Shift allowance (depends on working shift)
  • OT allowance (If applicable)
