- Computer literate with basic knowledge of MS Office applications,
- Maintain excellent telephone etiquette by being professional, confident, and patient.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries over the phone (General Inquiries e.g. Prepaid, postpaid, Billing, etc.)
- Identify the root cause of customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
