Business Planning Improvement & IT Internship
We are looking for an Business Planning Improvement & IT Internship with an interest in automation to support our IT team in streamlining processes, developing simple scripts, and assisting with daily IT operations. This internship will provide hands‑on experience in IT automation, system support, and project work, giving exposure to real‑world applications of IT in business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and testing automation scripts (e.g. using Python, PowerShell, or other scripting tools).
- Support process automation initiatives to reduce manual workloads.
- Help monitor and troubleshoot automated workflows and scheduled jobs.
- Document automation procedures, scripts, and workflows for future reference.
- Provide support for routine IT operations (hardware / software troubleshooting, user requests).
- Assist with user account provisioning, access management, and system updates.
- Collaborate with the IT team on automation‑related projects and improvements.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Basic programming / scripting knowledge.Understanding of process automation tools is an advantage.Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows environment.Strong problem‑solving mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn.Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.Quality Assurance (Food)
Oversee and maintain the effectiveness of FFSC’s SOP and Food Safety SOP in whole operation. Involve in Organic IFOAM & MyOrganic documentation (SOP, Forms, Manual). Assist in monitoring and updating existing FSSC, HACCP, GMP, ISO22000, Halal, SOP, and QA programs, procedures, and document control programs. Implement quality assurance programs that effectively monitor product manufacturing in compliance with GMP’s, SOP’s, and HACCP.
Requirements & Qualifications

Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and policies. Lead and manage the QA team, providing guidance, training, and support. Analyse quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement. Monitor and report on quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues and integrate quality assurance processes. Manage the QA budget and resources effectively. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards. Report on quality performance and issues to senior management.
Other responsibilities include establishing QC inspection standards, supporting new product introduction, maintaining QA documentation in accordance with ISO, coordinating internal and external audits, and acting as the site ESD coordinator.
Qualifications

Responsible for handling documentation and managing the implementation of internal Food Safety Management Systems, ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMP, MESTI, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and Halal system standards. Liaise with the relevant certification body for the application, compliance, and surveillance audit of all existing Food Safety Management Systems and other quality control schemes applicable for food products. Review current policies and plan improvements to enhance the Food Safety Management System. Assist in coordinating and organizing internal and external audits, including customer audits and certification audits. Oversee pest control systems within the facility, coordinating with external service providers. Conduct monthly GMP and internal pest inspections, maintaining plant hygiene standards. Requirement
