Job Description
POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
- Responsible to ensure all incidents reported resolve according to Service Level Objective (SLO).
- Contribute to network planning and development activities.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
Understand the criticality of the subsystems and interrelation between the subsystems.Contributes in developing trouble shooting procedures and continuously improve the processes.Document network problems and resolutions for future reference.Involve in the testing of software, upgrades and changes as well as integration tests of the subsystems.Recommends network solutions for operations and maintenance.Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network.Adhere to ISO, ISMS and OHSAS standard in doing day to day jobs.Meets customers and management’s expectations.Executes beyond area of control that contributes to network performance.Skills
Good analytical abilities.Familiar with various network testers.Education
EXTERNAL
Diploma preferably with specialization in Computer Science / Networking / IT or equivalent.Relevant Industries

At least 3 PrincipalsCGPA >2.8
