  • Lead Generation :

Identify potential customers through various sources.

  • Conduct research to understand client needs and preferences.
  • Outbound Sales Calls :
  • Initiate outbound calls to prospects to introduce products or services.

  • Engage in follow-up calls to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Product / Service Presentations :
  • Present and explain the features and benefits of products or services to potential clients.

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches to convert leads into customers.
  • Handle objections and address concerns to close deals.
  • Work towards achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets and quotas.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) :
  • Use CRM tools to manage and track customer interactions, leads, and sales opportunities.

  • Collaboration with Marketing :
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with overall marketing strategies.

  • Provide feedback on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Qualification of Leads :
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria to prioritize sales efforts.

  • Documentation :
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in the sales pipeline.

  • Closing Deals :
  • Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure successful transactions.

  • Customer Follow-Up :
  • Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.

  • Cross-Selling and Up-Selling :
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling additional products or services.

  • Market Research :
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

  • Training and Development :
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training.
