Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic brand marketing team at Fraser & Neave (F&N), a leading consumer goods company. As our Senior Executive, Brand Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand strategy and positioning for our portfolio of renowned consumer brands. Based at our office in Shah Alam, Selangor, this is a full-time position that will allow you to leverage your expertise in brand management to drive growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing effective brand marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and equity
  • Conducting market research and consumer insights analysis to inform brand strategy and planning
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and implementation
  • Managing brand budgets and optimising marketing investments for maximum impact
  • Monitoring and reporting on brand performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for competitive advantage

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, ideally within the consumer goods or FMCG industry
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing campaign development, and performance measurement
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with marketing automation tools
