About the Role :

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Country Manager to lead and grow our clients' operations in Malaysia. This is a strategic leadership role for a seasoned professional with a strong background in design, business development, and team management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design excellence and possess the commercial acumen to drive market expansion and profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the overall business operations in Malaysia, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies.
Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market share in the design and creative services sector.
Build and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Oversee project delivery, ensuring high standards of design, quality, and client satisfaction.
Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Requirements :

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the design, architecture, or creative industries.

Strong understanding of the Malaysian market and business landscape.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.

Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a plus.
