We’re Hiring : Technical Sourcer (RPO Division)

Join our dedicated RPO team, embedded onsite with a leading technology consulting client, to source top-tier tech talent across multiple disciplines. You’ll partner with hiring managers, engage passive candidates, and build strong talent pipelines.

Work Arrangement : Hybrid – 2 days in Petaling Jaya, 3 days WFH

Notice Period : Preferably 1 month or less

What You’ll Do :

Source and engage candidates for high-volume IT / tech roles, including cybersecurity and network positions.
Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to understand requirements.
Use Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking to find top talent.
Screen candidates for skills, experience, and culture fit.
Maintain accurate records in ATS / CRM.

What We’re Looking For :

2+ years’ experience in technical sourcing (in-house, RPO, or agency).

Strong sourcing and research skills; able to engage passive talent.

Excellent communication, driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.
