Staff Solution Architect, ServiceNow

Purpose Of The Position

We’re searching for a Senior ServiceNow Engineer / Solution Architect to lead the creation and delivery of ServiceNow solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping our ServiceNow strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, App Engine development, security, and integration best practices, while also guiding the long-term roadmap and staying ahead of emerging platform capabilities. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across regions, translating business needs into robust, future-proof ServiceNow implementations. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will shape the digital backbone of our global operations. This position is a Global Position and individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design comprehensive ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and organizational goals.
• Develop technical designs including data models, workflows, and user experiences.
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and compliance with corporate, security, and regulatory standards.
• Continuously enhance CMDB data accuracy and asset management practices using ServiceNow.
• Forms (Build and Maintain)
• Establish best practices and support frameworks in agreement with IT Vendor.
• Design and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using industry-standard protocols.
• Drive and Own the design and technology roadmap.
• Participate in design reviews and workshops with business.
• Stay current with ServiceNow technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with global business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Align solutions with business objectives with ServiceNow SDM and Business System Owner.
• Ongoing dialogue with the Process Managers (Incident, etc.) regarding the functionality of the tool.
• Align and prioritize change proposals in collaboration with Process Managers and ServiceNow SDM.
• Provide technical support to ServiceNow users.
• Follow Change and Enhancement Management Process (Release and Change).
• Create and maintain workflows, scripts, and business rules.
