Job description

Requirements

  • MUST be able to communicate in Mandarin.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems and related knowledge.
  • Familiarity with server hardware and its components.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

As an , you will be responsible for providing frontline technical support, promptly addressing and resolving customer issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of customer software. You will serve as a bridge between company clients and senior IT engineers, ensuring that all technical problems are resolved in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining positive customer relationships.

  • Engage with pre-sales customers to address their questions and requirements through technical discussions, solution customization, and product demonstrations.
  • Responsible for gathering customer requirements, drafting and improving product documentation, and setting up test environments and demo systems.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, emails, and tickets, and collect feedback on faults or bugs to forward to engineers in for assistance.
  • Be diligent, adaptable, hardworking, and proactive with strong logical thinking abilities.
  • Capable of working independently, with excellent communication and coordination skills, and a strong team collaboration mindset.
