Requirements
- MUST be able to communicate in Mandarin.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities
As an , you will be responsible for providing frontline technical support, promptly addressing and resolving customer issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of customer software. You will serve as a bridge between company clients and senior IT engineers, ensuring that all technical problems are resolved in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Engage with pre-sales customers to address their questions and requirements through technical discussions, solution customization, and product demonstrations.Responsible for gathering customer requirements, drafting and improving product documentation, and setting up test environments and demo systems.Respond promptly to customer inquiries, emails, and tickets, and collect feedback on faults or bugs to forward to engineers in for assistance.Be diligent, adaptable, hardworking, and proactive with strong logical thinking abilities.Capable of working independently, with excellent communication and coordination skills, and a strong team collaboration mindset.Benefits
