  • The Executive, Chargeback & Dispute Management is responsible for attending to all issuing-related disputes, ensuring compliance with credit and debit card guidelines, and meeting established performance standards.This role reports to the Section Head, Chargeback & Dispute Management.
  • Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

  • Analyze and process transaction disputes, including managing all stages (1st Chargeback, Representment, Pre-Arbitration, Arbitration, Pre-Compliance, Compliance, Collaboration) to meet Visa and Mastercard deadlines and minimize financial losses.
  • Review and re-submit rejected Chargeback transactions to facilitate recovery.
  • Validate card scheme responses and reverse temporary credits for rejected cases.
  • Verify the accuracy and sufficiency of Chargeback documentation provided to Acquirers.
  • Conduct daily reconciliation and monitoring of GL Accounts, preparing month-end ageing buckets and statistics for Balance Sheet Review.Jobholder Requirements
  • Malaysian citizen.Education / Qualification
  • Degree holders or any professional certificate,.Experience / Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a financial institution or related field.
  • Possesses foundation dispute handling knowledge, chargeback guidelines and banking knowledge
  • Working proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Proven experience in customer interaction and transaction processing.
  • Working proficiency in credit card systems, including Ascend and Dispute Manager System (DMS), with expertise in Visa and Mastercard dispute resolution.
