Senior Specialist Ramp Up and Change Management role at Infineon Technologies. Act as Ramp Up & Change Management Specialist within Infineon\'s Power & Sensor Systems division.
Responsibilities
- Act as Ramp Up & Change Management Specialist within Infineon\'s dynamic Power & Sensor Systems division.
- Take over the responsibility for the initiation, driving and monitoring of all ramp up and manufacturing / product change activities for your assigned products, cooperating closely with a diverse and multicultural team; aim for fast, reliable and cost-efficient ramp up of new products or efficient finalization of change notification documentation.
- Represent supply chain in new product development processes (NPI or SDHB) from the project release phase until successful ramp up completion.
- Support project management in synchronization between Product, Technology and Package projects to meet the overall timeline.
- Support master data setup according to project requirements.
- Plan, order and execute sample orders across multiple international sites.
- Lead and moderate ramp up teams in the proper project phase to assure timely execution of early ramps as requested by marketing / customers and provide tools to meet ambitious ramp up goals (e.g., early risk production, FE / BE owner ramp).
- Lead multi-disciplinary business unit change teams with the goal of achieving the desired CM8.2 milestone in a timely and efficient manner (publishing of customer notifications).
- Manage the change database and new master data as required, working with the planning community for proper change over strategy.
- Cooperate with responsible business circles to minimize sending customer notifications by synchronizing Frontend, Backend and product changes.
Your Profile / Qualifications
A university degree with focus on engineering, natural sciences or supply chain management.3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, ideally in the semiconductor industry (e.g., logistics planner, ramp up manager, sample manager, product support, production / capacity planner, project leader of smaller projects).Affinity for IT systems, databases and data analyses with good visual presentation skills; basic data base programming or programming to pull data from different sources is preferred.Good communication skills across technical, non-technical and management functions and across regions (EU, Asia and US).Excellent English skills; German skills or willingness to learn it are a plus.Team player with awareness of cultural differences, able to cooperate across boundaries and appreciate others\' contributions.Ability to anticipate future customer needs and engage actively with them; excellent communication to interact with various stakeholders.Keep the big picture in mind in complex situations and make decisions despite uncertain circumstances.We are on a journey to drive decarbonization and digitalization.
