Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell Arthrex’s Distal Extremities product line to orthopedic surgeons.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed territory targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), surgeons, and decision-makers.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to healthcare professionals.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in the assigned territory.

Clinical Support

Provide technical and clinical support during surgical procedures, ensuring proper product usage and optimal outcomes.

Serve as a trusted advisor in the operating room, supporting surgeons and clinical teams with Arthrex products.

Deliver in-service training to operating room staff, nurses and other clinical stakeholders.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Arthrex product developments and clinical data.

Act as a liaison between the sales team and the clinical environment, offering feedback and insights from the field.

Pre-Requisites (Qualifications & Experience)

At least 1 year of experience in medical device sales, orthopedic clinical support, or a related healthcare field (preferred).

In-depth knowledge of orthopedic anatomy, surgical procedures, and medical devices – particularly in foot & ankle and hand & wrist surgeries.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Willingness to travel frequently within Malaysia.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Fully vaccinated for covid-19.
