They are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant in recruitment & hiring responsibilities.
Job Description
- Issue Invoicing
- Timely preparation of financial reports (Full Sets of Accounts)
- Ensure payment transactions are processed and properly recorded
- Reconcile bank statements
- Assist in Credit Control together with the Senior
- Maintain proper accounting record and filing
- Manage office maintenance, servicing and supplies
- Provide administrative assistance to management
Job Requirements
Degree in Accounting / FinanceMin 1 year experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to applyProficient with Mandarin, English & Bahasa MelayuResourceful, with a positive and problem-solving attitudeInitiative, drive and enthusiasmGood organisational and coordination skillsResponsible, efficient and structured with attention to detailResponsible and able to work independently with minimal supervisionAble to work well under pressureProficient with Microsoft Office and Google office suite, especially Excel and SheetsPreferably Junior Executive with experience in General AccountingFamiliar with SQL software is a bonusRemuneration
MYR 3,000 - MYR 5,000 (Depends on experience)
