As part of a high-performing team, you’ll deliver exceptional client service — providing advice on how technology enablement, digital transformation and enterprise intelligence contribute to performance improvement, as well as how IT can act as multiplying effect during major program transformations.

The opportunity

The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, with a particular focus on GRC modules tailored to the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end ServiceNow GRC solutions for clients in the financial services sector.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business and regulatory requirements and translate these into technical solutions.
Work with functional project team, providing direction and ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
Define system specifications and oversee the implementation process.
Evaluate new ServiceNow features and technologies, with a focus on enhancing GRC offerings.
Provide expert guidance on best practices and methodologies for ServiceNow GRC implementations.
Provide input and guidance to development team for the configuration of ServiceNow aligned to business requirements.
Foster strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Extensive experience with ServiceNow GRC modules and implementations.

ServiceNow Certified Application Architect or Certified Implementation Specialist certification is highly desirable.

In-depth knowledge of the regulatory landscape and compliance requirements within the Malaysian financial services industry.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
