Job Description :
- Manage daily branch operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve branch sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, while expanding the customer base.
- Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Analyze market trends and provide suggestions to improve sales performance.
- Ensure branch operations adhere to company policies and standards.
Requirements :
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.Experience in selling electrical appliance products or outdoor sales is preferred.Proven team management experience with a track record of meeting sales targets.Strong business development and client relationship skills.Self-driven, responsible, and capable of working independently.Competitive salary package : basic salary RM3,500 - RM5,000, with incentives can up to RM10,000.Performance bonuses starting from the second year.Excellent career growth and training opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
