Quality Analyst [Job ID : 11003]

Working Duration : 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (Renewable based on performance)

Working Day / Hours : Monday – Friday; 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary : Basic RM2,500- RM3,300 (Based on experience + skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical coverage

Role Overview :

As a Quality Assurance Analyst , you will be responsible for ensuring that products, processes, and systems meet regulatory and internal quality standards. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support audits, manage documentation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and other relevant regulatory standards
• Maintain and update quality documentation, SOPs, and CAPA records
• Support internal and external audits, including preparation and follow-up actions
• Investigate quality issues and assist in root‑cause analysis
• Collaborate with supply chain, regulatory, and operations teams to resolve quality concerns
• Monitor and report on quality metrics and trends
• Participate in training and development programs related to quality systems
