Job descriptionImplement, test, troubleshoot, and maintain software applications and databases for laboratory information systems, as well as integrate them with other systems and devices. Provide technical support and training to laboratory staff and users on how to use the laboratory information systems effectively and efficiently. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their IT needs and provide technical solutions. Ensure the secure and efficient flow of patient data, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. Offer training and support to medical staff on clinical IT systems and applications. Participate in the workflow study and provide solutions to healthcare professionals to integrate and optimise laboratory operations. Maintain documentation and records related to LIS system and user support. A diploma or bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, biomedical engineering, or a related field. At least 1-2 years of experience in working with laboratory information systems (LIS) or in the healthcare sector. Knowledge of the Malaysian healthcare system and regulations, as well as the standards and best practices for laboratory operations and data management. Willingness to travel to customer locations and work flexible hours as needed. Notice period (if working) / Availability to start work

- The role will be working from home remotely but would need to travel to visit client's site on request for some support issue if needed
- RM 3,000 Basic + RM 640 traveling allowance + Rm 260 on call allowance Mileage claim
