Computer Numerical Control Programmer

Overview

This is a contract, on-site role for a CNC Programmer located in Simpang Ampat, Penang. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs, interpreting technical drawings, and setting up machining and milling operations. The role also involves monitoring the production process to ensure quality and efficiency. Daily tasks include working on programming languages, troubleshooting, and collaborating with other team members to improve manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Min 5 years hands‑on experience in CNC programming (3D)
• Proficient in English (spoken & written)
• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment
• Strong skills in 3D design, CNC machining, and Mastercam 2025
• Must be able to complete a technical test via TeamViewer or AnyDesk
