We are the leading youth education centre in Penang island. We provide leadership training, tuition, and daycare services to teenagers. Currently, we have 5 branches in Penang island and have expanded to Bukit Mertajam.

Who we are looking for

At least Bachelor’s Degree / Post-Graduate Diploma in any field.

At least 1 year of teaching / working experience.

Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Required skill(s) : Teaching, Classroom Management

Prefer Mandarin-speaking candidates as most of our students are from Mandarin-speaking backgrounds

Responsible, committed, and long-term candidates.

Extra advantage if you know counseling / coaching skills.

What your roles are

Teach 2 subjects & manage class

Create / edit / upgrade teaching materials

Inspire students to score well in those subjects

Plan & execute holiday programs during school holidays

Handle parent complaints

Handle student issues

Support on selected marketing events including open days & flyer distribution

Subject requirement : any 2 of the secondary school subjects
