Portfolio / Asset Manager (Native Korean Speaker)

We are looking for a highly motivated Native Korean-speaking Asset Manager to join our team. This role requires strong analytical skills, customer engagement experience, and managing large and complex datasets. You will act as the customers' primary point of contact, ensuring accurate asset lifecycle management while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the single point of contact for customers, partners, and internal teams.

Deliver end-to-end Asset Management services for multiple customers.

Ensure Installed Base (IB) records are accurate in terms of contract, location, and coverage.

Reconcile and manage complex data from multiple sources, resolving discrepancies effectively.

Provide actionable insights and generate reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other tools.

Conduct audits and maintain accurate IB records.

Lead customer calls, quarterly business reviews, and occasional on-site visits.

Drive asset lifecycle optimisation to reduce risk, cut costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

Native-level fluency in Korean (spoken and written).

Japanese language proficiency is an advantage.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Asset Management or a related field.

Advanced Excel skills (including macros, pivots, and formulas).

Familiarity with Cisco's business model and product portfolio is a strong plus.

Experience using reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Bold, assertive, and proactive approach in managing client accounts.

Start Date : 15th September 2025

Work Hours : Monday–Friday (8 am–5 pm or 9 am–6 pm)
