R&D Hardware Engineer – Agilent Technologies
We are seeking a skilled Electronics Engineer with strong expertise in circuit design and product lifecycle development. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, analysis, and optimization of electronic systems for innovative products, ensuring compliance with performance, reliability, and cost objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electronic schematics for new and existing products.
- Support full product lifecycle from concept through production and sustaining phases.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (mechanical, firmware, manufacturing) to ensure seamless integration.
- Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and implement DFX principles (Design for Manufacturability, Reliability, Cost).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and sustaining phases.
- Maintain documentation and compliance with industry standards and internal processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or a related discipline (required).Minimum 3 years of experience in electronic product design and schematic development.Strong understanding of product lifecycle processes and design best practices.Proficiency in schematic capture tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, Mentor Graphics).Knowledge of PCB layout principles and component selection.Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.Benefits & Details
