Job descriptionDiploma / Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. At least 2–3 years of experience in food manufacturing / production (frozen food industry is an advantage). Fresh graduates with internship experience in food manufacturing may also be considered. Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, HALAL, or other food safety management systems. Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Good problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Able to work independently and in a team environment. Physically fit to work in cold / frozen storage areas when required. Willing to work in shifts (morning, or night shifts).
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily production operations in the frozen food manufacturing line.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, HALAL requirements).
- Monitor production schedules, manpower allocation, and workflow to meet targets.
- Maintain quality control throughout production processes to ensure consistency of frozen products.
- Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Supervise and train production operators to maintain productivity and safety standards.
- Record and report daily production output, wastage, and downtime.
- Identify areas for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and waste minimization.
- Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained and serviced.
- Enforce safety, hygiene, and health regulations on the shop floor.
