Senior Production Planner

Responsibilities

• Schedule and follow up the material in bound, based on factory forecasted capacity and customer’s demand.
• Coordinate with Operations division on any changes in the Capacity Planning and time frame.
• Ensure all direct material delivered as per schedule planned.
• Keep track on the inventory movement (work in progress, raw material and packaging material) on a daily basis.
• Ensure production for all section complying and are completed according to schedule.
• Coordinated processing of excess and obsolete material supply.
• Maintain and update the Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure accuracy and compliance with production needs.
• Shipment management
