Responsibilities :

  • Support global BIDs with all APAC information and baseline (spending, lanes, equipments, etc). Understand platforms needs and requirements;
  • Point of escalation, for stakeholders, related to these logistics services issues related;
  • Implementation of global contracts in each APAC country;
  • Spot quotations & NVOCC service procuremnt;
  • Market analysis for best solutions, strategy;
  • Develop and implement saving projects
  • Track contracts expiration dates;
  • Implement best practices;
  • Suppliers’ focal point for issues related to accounts payable flow
  • Other logistics procurement service assigns

Exemption Type Exempt (Salaried) Job Requirements

Qualifications / Experiences

  • Diploma / Tertiary qualifications in supply chain / logistics.
  • At least 2 to 4 years of ocean freight forwarding experience, preferably with focus on LCL pricing procurement.
  • Competent in MS skills, especially in using EXCEL spreadsheet.
