  • 学历要求 : SPM, UEC, O-level 或更高

    What you'll be doing

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from China & Hong Kong customers, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions, or escalate complex issues to the relevant team
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as required
  • Participate in continuous improvement by providing feedback on processes and procedures
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills
  • What we're looking for

  • Fluency in both Cantonese, Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, ideally in a similar industry
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer queries
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
