What you'll be doing
Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from China & Hong Kong customers, providing accurate and timely information.Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic mannerIdentify customer needs and provide solutions, or escalate complex issues to the relevant teamMaintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as requiredParticipate in continuous improvement by providing feedback on processes and proceduresActively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skillsWhat we're looking for
Fluency in both Cantonese, Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skillsPrevious experience in a customer service or call center role, ideally in a similar industryStrong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer queriesCommitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help othersAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesProficient in using computer systems and various software applicationsWhat we offer
