Responsibilities
- Host live sessions on various social media platforms to promote and present company products.
- Engage viewers through interactive live sessions by answering questions, showcasing product features, and building connections with the audience.
- Create an energetic and engaging atmosphere to drive interest and boost sales conversions during live sessions.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan, schedule, and execute live campaign strategies.
- Track and analyze live session performance, providing feedback and suggestions to enhance engagement and sales results.
- Manage customer inquiries across chat, phone, and social media channels in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product updates, recommendations, and assistance to customers as needed.
