ALBS is an Air Liquide entity in Kuala Lumpur, regrouping for the APAC scope its Business Service Centers (Kuala Lumpur and Shanghai) as well as the two Global Functions (IT, Digital and Procurement). This role involves managing and supporting Air Liquide Group's compliant procurement framework across the APAC region, defining, communicating, and controlling procurement policies, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will audit, advise on, and lead projects to improve procurement performance by country, leveraging experience to design operational solutions within P2P systems such as COUPA, ZYCUS, SNOW, and ORACLE. Responsibilities

Risk and Internal Controls : Develop robust metrics to monitor procurement activity compliance with referential guidelines; analyze metrics to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making; study recommendations and options to launch corrective actions with quantifiable results. Support to Execution and Continuous Improvement : Provide support to APAC procurement activities in conducting procurement risk assessments and data-based root cause analyses; contribute to defining and implementing effective mitigation plans; help develop and deploy APAC procurement guidelines for consistent local application; coordinate with the Group Central Team to ensure alignment and best-practice sharing; follow up on findings clearance, risk mitigation, and corrective actions; participate in surveillance and enforcement of the procurement code of conduct; lead or contribute to Continuous Improvement projects promoting digitalization and innovation in procurement. Reporting : Consolidate, analyze, and present procurement results; drive performance improvement plans based on analytical findings; report on progress of corrective actions. Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Experience : 1 to 3 years of relevant experience; strong understanding and hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes; proven experience in writing clear and comprehensive referential documentation; experience in auditing procurement activities is an advantage; experience in managing complex projects.
