Requirements : -SPM A for Bahasa Melayu and English -Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or related fields. -fresh graduates with strong portfolios are also encouraged to apply. -Familiar with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop) and customer chat systems. -Comfortable handling demanding customers in a fast-paced digital environment. -Multilingual (e.g., Malay, English, Mandarin) is a strong advantage.
