IMMEDIATE START

JOB SUMMARY

The Recruitment Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the organization attracts, selects, and retain top talent. This role involves developing sourcing strategies, coordinating with hiring managers, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience aligned with the company's employer branding.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Operational Talent Acquisition and Recruitment

i. Execute end-to-end recruitment operations for local staff across outlets, production, and corporate functions.

ii. Manage job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and selection processes under the guidance of the Manager.

iii. Assist in onboarding and induction programs, ensuring all new hires receive necessary training and documentation.

iv. Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide / generate data for hiring trends and effectiveness.

2. Employee Welfare and Engagement

i. Act as the primary HR contact for local employees on recruitment related matters.

ii. Support employee engagement surveys and initiatives with regards to recruitment and employee accommodations.

iii. Assist in organizing welfare programs, including engagement initiatives, health and wellness initiatives, to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

3. Compliance and Documentation

i. Ensure all recruitment processes comply with labor laws and local authorities.

ii. Prepare and issue employment-related documents, i.e., appointment letters, confirmation letters, and contract renewals.

iii. Liaise with new hires and outlet / area managers to ensure they complete all necessary documentation before joining.

iv. Assist in preparing reports related to manpower planning and hiring trends.

v. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee records and contracts.

4. Collaboration and Support

i. Work closely with the Manager to execute recruitment initiatives.

ii. Assist in workforce planning and reporting on recruitment progress and updates.

iii. Support other People and Culture work-related tasks and projects assigned by the People and Culture Manager.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Education : At least a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration / Studies, or a relevant filed.

Experience : At least three (3) years of experience in recruitment and / or employee accommodation management. Experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is an advantage.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.

Knowledge of employee welfare best practices.

Good command of both verbal and written English and Bahasa, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels of the company.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay : RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
